Our client is seeking a professional Customer Service Representative to support a busy medical office in Orlando, FL.

This is a fully onsite, contract-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones, manage messages, and greet visitors
• Schedule appointments and update patient records
• Sending records to and from customers to their appropriate destination 

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• 2+ years of CS experience in a medical or healthcare facility
• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls in high volume
